Gas Safety Certificate

Landlords gas safety checks have been a legal requirement introduced by the government in 1996. It states that if you rent part or all of your property you must have the gas appliances and pipe-work checked annually and a record maintained. Our Gas Safe Register certified engineers will carry out the check, with minimum disruption to you and your rented property. PAT Testing

This is not a legal requirement for renting your property but most corporate tenancies will insist on this and some insurers also ask you to do it prior to any tenancy. This is essentially Inspecting and testing electrical equipment including portable appliances, moveable equipment, hand held appliances, stationary equipment, fixed equipment/appliances, IT equipment and extension leads. So if you want to make sure your toaster is up to scratch or your kettle will not burn down the house then this is the peace of mind you need.
