Periodic Inspection Report

This is not a legal requirement to let your property but is best practice before you commence a tenancy. Essentially it is an electrical survey, and will reveal if electrical circuits are overloaded, find potential hazards in the installation, identify defective DIY work, highlight any lack of earthing or bonding and carry out tests on the fixed wiring of the installation. The report will establish the overall condition of all the electrics and state whether it is satisfactory for continued use, and should detail any work that might need to be done. All this in a time to suit you and our fully approved letlegal contractor will make every effort to have this report with you within 24 hours.
